New Huayue Petrochemical  White Oil Co., LTD. (formerly Maoming Huayue white oil factory ) was founded in 1986, which is a middle-scale enterprise mainly deals with deep-processing of oil, and it is of  autonomous management, independent accountability, takes responsibility for one's own profit and loss. It converted its system into Maoming Shihua Huayue White Oil Co., LTD.on Jan 18,2001. It has a staff of 80 persons and the factory has covered a workshop area of 45000 square meters. It has the complete production system of cutting, sulfonation, laboration concoction, storage and transportation. In 2000 7 million yuan was invested to build a set of narrow distillate cutting  device with the annual ability of 20,000 tons per year. It has become the biggest white oil production factory in the central south of China. Its main products are industrial white oil, food white oil, cosmetic white oil, ink solvent naphtha, silicone adhesive solvent naphtha, aluminum foil and aluminum plate cold rolling lubricating oil, leather protecting oil、transformer oil、white cycloparaffin oil、special spindle oil、special cutting oil、EDM machining liquid（sparkle machine oil）、printing ink oil、knitting machine oil. From its foundation, the company cooperates with the institution or universities focusing on research and absorbs the advanced technology at domestic and overseas, and applies them in the production. We always insist the tenent ”quality is the first”. It has the advanced analyzing and inspecting and test methods . It obtained the ISO9002 quality system authentication in 1998 and founded the reliable quality guarantee system and the qualification rate of the factory product is 100% .

15# white oil obtained the title of high quality product in Guangdong province and form 1990 it has been awarded as the enterprise with quality redible. At now our products are sold to Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Yunnan, Sichuan, Henan, Fujian, Jiangxi province and so on. It is welcomed deeply by the customers. After that, it is exported to Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
